Set Up Your Profile and Health Plan

Last updated: 23 July 20266 min read

This guide walks you through adding or updating your personal details, journey information, measurements, goals, and diet plan. Everything is managed from the More (Settings) page using a collapsible accordion interface.

Before you start — check the Active Profile

Before entering any information, check the Active Profile shown at the top of the Settings page. All saved information will be added to that profile.

Household members who have their own account should sign in to their own account and complete their own profile unless they have specifically granted another household member permission to manage it. This is particularly important for couples and family accounts.

How the More dashboard works

  • • The More page is a dashboard of tappable cards — no long forms on the main page.
  • • Each card shows an icon, heading, short explanation, status summary, and an action label.
  • • Tap any card to open its dedicated settings page.
  • • Completed sections show a summary (for example, "Profile complete" or "Goal: 11st 0lb").
  • • Sections needing attention show a prompt (for example, "Starting weight missing").
  • • Use the Back button (labelled "More") on each dedicated page to return to the dashboard.

Tap More in the bottom navigation to open the More dashboard.

Select More from the bottom navigation. This opens the More dashboard — a clean list of cards, each representing one area of your profile and health plan. Tap any card to open that section's dedicated settings page. Each dedicated page has a Back button labelled "More" so you can always return to the dashboard.
