Daily Check-in Guide

The Daily Check-in is where you log your measurements, activity, wellbeing, and notes each day. It takes less than a minute and powers the trends, insights, and charts across Olympic Training. This guide walks you through each section of the form.

Weight is optional — imported from your wearable if available.

The Measurements card captures your key physical metrics. Weight is optional — if you have synced data from Apple Health or another wearable, your imported weight appears automatically. Tap "+ Add or override weight manually" to enter a different value in stones/pounds, pounds, or kilograms. Enter your waist measurement and blood pressure readings if you have them.

Toggle the switch on to record a gym session or workout.

The Activity card tracks your daily movement. Enter your walk distance in miles or kilometres (based on your unit preferences). Toggle "Gym / Exercise Completed" if you did a workout — an optional exercise type field appears when enabled, so you can note what you did.

Mood options range from Great to Struggling. Sleep quality has four levels.

The Wellbeing card captures how you are feeling. Select your mood from the dropdown — options range from Great to Struggling. Enter your sleep hours and select a sleep quality rating. These entries help Olympic Training spot patterns between sleep, mood, and your health trends over time.

The button reads Update Check-in if you are editing the existing record for today.

Use the Notes field for anything else worth recording — how you felt, what you ate, or context for your measurements. When you are ready, tap "Save Check-in". You will see a confirmation screen, and your data appears across the app immediately. If you have already checked in today, the button reads "Update Check-in" instead.

Every field you log in a check-in feeds into other parts of Olympic Training. Weight appears on the Home dashboard, in Body Composition, and in Trends. Waist shows up in Body Composition. Blood pressure feeds the Blood Pressure review card. Walk distance contributes to Journey Insights. Sleep hours appear in Daily Health Metrics and Journey Insights. Mood and Notes are stored in your daily check-in history.
